Ive been saying housing is in a bubble since 2006 I sold my property in 2007.
Been renting ever since, I didn’t expect the bubble to be pumped up. as it has by historic low rates, help to buy schemes etc.
Housing is in need of a minimum 50% correction. The average house price in the UK should be more like £115k.
The main problem the bubble will not be popped the UK economy is relying on the housing market to make it look good.
Is there a technical term for a bubble on top of an existing bubble? These excessive prices are crippling the economy
We hadn’t even seen a full correction from the last bubble and now they are doing exactly what caused the bubble in the US.
