Housing is in need of a minimum 50% correction.

Oh, really well I never.
Ive been saying housing is in a bubble since 2006 I sold my property in 2007. Housing-Bubble
Been renting ever since, I didn’t expect the bubble to be pumped up. as it has by historic low rates, help to buy schemes etc.

Housing is in need of a minimum 50% correction. The average house price in the UK should be more like £115k.

The main problem the bubble will not be popped the UK economy is relying on the housing market to make it look good.

Is there a technical term for a bubble on top of an existing bubble? These excessive prices are crippling the economy

We hadn’t even seen a full correction from the last bubble and now they are doing exactly what caused the bubble in the US.

Madness.
