Education, education, education.

Education, education, education – I still remember the Labour slogan.

The majority of degrees handed out like cheap confetti these days are pointless bits of bog roll which do nothing of use for either the recipient or society.

The only reason Blair wanted half of all kids to go to university was so they could be indoctrinated in Marxist ideology, as they are today.

Universities are there to rip off the gullible parents and students on the pretence that the students will make it big time.

The only ones who make it big time are the chancellors and the company directors who run these fake education institutions.

The 50% university target was just idiotic socialist policy which couldn’t bear the thought of some people being qualified whilst others weren’t, regardless of whether such qualifications had any practical value.

Hence we have no end of students fresh out of university with debt at 6% compound interest, not likely to pay it back, and all they have to show for it is a mickey mouse degree in social sciences and an overblown sense of self importance.

University was only ever meant to promote academic excellence and produce raw material for the professions. Blair ruined the university system to the point of it now being meaningless, instead of a place for the academically blessed

It has become a cynical money making exercise that was originally designed merely to remove young people from the job market for the longest possible time to massage unemployment figures and has, if anything, decreased social mobility.

Donald Maclean, Guy Burgess, “Kim” Philby and Anthony Blunt.

Not much has changed at Cambridge, though the emphasis is more on Mao than Marx these days.
